Flow-centric workspace is here 🔀
Changes:
Flows: Your workflows to address customer intent or handle default behaviors now promoted within your workspace navigation menu. Create or select an existing flow to immediately launch the Canvas flow builder.
Intents: Previous intent setup now nested in a flow within the Settings of the Canvas toolbar:
- Training phrases: Add a sample dataset of user utterances to train your application's AI model for intent detection and when to invoke the flow. Disable the training toggle in cases where intent classification is not needed (i.e., flow is assigned to one of the application's default behaviors or is accessed via Redirects from other flows).
- Attached slots: Assign custom or built-in slot types for use in training phrases and nodes of the flow.
- Usage: Displays all applications where the flow is attached.
- Languages: Manually add secondary languages and manage and access translations for training data and flow messaging.
- Versions: Displays saved states of any content edits within the Canvas, including workflow and Settings configuration.
- Advanced: Enter flow description and resource tags and access duplicate flow and delete flow functions.
