What's new on NLX Product Updates

Major changes:

• Sidebar navigation:  New headers visible for grouping content by three major phases of your application's development and management: Build, Deploy, Analyze
• Renaming:  A few resources have been renamed for better clarity and standardization
• Bots is now Applications
• Context attributes is now Context variables
• Parameter store is now Secrets
• History is now Conversations
• Relocation: Many resources previously found under workspace Settings moved to a new menu group called Resources:
  • Modalities
  • Parameter store (now Secrets)
  • Analytics tags
  • Context attributes (now Context variables)
  • Integrations (for channels, NLPs, LLMs) previously in workspace Settings moved to a new menu group called Integrations
  • Workspace settings:  For Escalation channels setup, Resource tags, and Audit. Select your username in the sidebar navigation and choose Settings to locate
  • Knowledge bases and Voice+: Previously displayed within the main workspace menu are now nested under Resources
